my charger got exploded. lot of power fluctuations

I don’t understand why you guys want to have 50/- minimum balance and would not allow starting the charge if the balance amount even goes to 49/-. Your unit rate is already very high and on top of it you force us to not use our own balance amount fully from the wallet. horrible service

charging is slow and even after having 50/- minimum balance in the account, app does not starts the charges until last payment is made. even if the total amount is lower than balance 50/-. plus the unit rates is quite high.

The application showed that the EV is charged 99% but the EV was charged just 94%.
along with it. the charger showed 1kwh consumption to 10 rs.
i used 2kwh and it showed me a cost 26 rs.
everywhere there is calculation fault

The app will not start charging until I clear the last payment, even if there is more than 30/- already in the wallet balance. why is that? if the wallet has balance amount, why it does not deduct the last payment from the same and proceed with charging?

unit price is quite high
