Responsibilities :

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales & operations professional who shall
be working on – acquiring & closing customers – B2B, deployments, account management &
account growth. All throughout provide exceptional customer service while driving growth.

  • Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations
  • Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market
  • Formulate and Launch the new Strategies for revenue generation
  • Ability to understand the data to gather the right information and plan the execution
    accordingly
  • Analyze the data and identifying the improvement areas, substantiate through market visits to
    identify the priority spots
  • Plan the market size, span and geographies for TL and FSE’s
  • Should be able to find the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to
    minimize the expectations vs delivery gap in the field
  • Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management
  • Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/ business development/
    Merchant Acquisition/ Fintech Domain
  • Exceptional sales closing, relationship building & account management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to make a difference & grow rapidly

  • Good Interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
  • The role will report to the Head of Sales and will have 6-8 Team Leaders as direct
    reports and 60 to 70 field executives as indirect reports.
