Purpose of the role: The DSM-EV will be the single point of contact post the installation of the charging points in the RWA. Everything starting from the post-installation demo, CPO onboarding, bank details, monthly payouts, BTL activity slots, leads collection & payment support, all with the president, secretary & managers of the RWA.

  • Experience in Product demonstration and explanation to live audience
  • Organised and systematic management of tasks & data
  • Experience in planning & executing promotion activities
  • Relevant knowledge of safety requirements within EV charging or electrical infrastructure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments
  • Fluent (written and verbal) in English

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for post-installation RWA account management which includes the following tasks
  • Post-installation demo to all the residents about how to use ElectricPe charging points
  • CPO access demo & adding bank accounts
  • Site branding requirement and follow-up on installation
  • Monthly CPO payment update to internal SPOC (if the payment is not done), communicate the payment to RWA once the payment is done
  • EV slots dates and requirements (space identification, date, time)
  • Marketing activities pre-activity(WA Campaign, Leaflets, Notice Board Poster)
  • Leads collection during the activity
  • Leads compilation and passing on to inside sales team post activity and follow-up on any closures if any lead is getting converted
