Responsibilities :
- This role involves developing positive relationships with Clients is a key priority, you would need to establish a connection over a call with the residential societies and also meet them in person if needed
- You should understand your customers’ needs well to develop effective plans to meet those needs
- Identifying and referring upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the EV sales team
- Dealing with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Should always aim to retain customers by providing exceptional service and proactively addressing their needs
- Should be willing to travel across geographical locations across Bangalore for a physical visit
Whom we are looking for :
- Excellent communication skills (Preferred English and Kannada)
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Problem-solving attitude
- Experience in relationship management or customer service is preferred

- Should own vehicle and must have a valid driving license
