Responsibilities :

  • This role involves developing positive relationships with Clients is a key priority, you would need to establish a connection over a call with the residential societies and also meet them in person if needed
  • You should understand your customers’ needs well to develop effective plans to meet those needs
  • Identifying and referring upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the EV sales team
  • Dealing with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Should always aim to retain customers by providing exceptional service and proactively addressing their needs
  • Should be willing to travel across geographical locations across Bangalore for a physical visit

Whom we are looking for :

  • Excellent communication skills (Preferred English and Kannada)

  • Experience in relationship management or customer service is preferred

  • Should own vehicle and must have a valid driving license
