Responsibilities
- Building and Owning the growth strategy for new business opportunities and expansion.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
- Identifying new potential opportunities that run parallel with the business goals, optimizing pricing models, and identifying new monetization opportunities
- Execution of the Growth Plan with the help of cross-functional team members and other relevant stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identifying key focus metrics to boost company growth (acquisition, activation, engagement, etc.)
- Working with the other teams; products, risk, programs, etc. to align internal operations with the growth strategy
- Weekly reporting on activity, KPIs, and budget
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from IIT/NIT or a Tier 1 college in business or a related quantitative field
- Proven experience of 2+ yrs with a focus on exploring new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of user acquisition and retention strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior
- Experience in launching and managing products or services in a competitive market
