Roles & Responsibilities

  • B2C Marketing funnels. You will design and set up user journeys across multiple tools, landing pages, channel partnerships, and email campaigns. You will drive outcomes, but receive support from other team members on graphic design and messaging
  • B2C Marketing Operations. You will know how to handle attribution, UTM links, WhatsApp, and email campaigns. You will own our CRM, and make it the source of truth. You will receive support from our sales ops team for tool management, but you will drive all the processes and will be self-sufficient as needed. You will oversee, with support from sales ops and the tech team, our data enrichment process and lead segmentation
  • B2C Customer Acquisition. You will design and manage paid advertising campaigns – especially retargeting campaigns
  • B2B Marketing support. You will support existing B2B marketing efforts, especially those that raise brand awareness. This will include social media posting for announcements, and PR
  • Data Analysis. You will utilise tools like Google Analytics and SQL, as well as define KPIs, to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing  & social media management 
  • Excellent content writing and editing skills in English
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO & SEM
