Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Executive/Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.  The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. 

Responsibilities :

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts across residential communities, tech parks and institutions
  • Generating leads through online and offline channels 
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
  • Developing new pitches as per customer categories
  • Working with the BD, Sales and Operations team to deliver an enhanced end to end customer experience
  • Regular engagement across all key stakeholders in the portfolio
