Responsibilities :

• Follow all defined processes to ensure operational targets are met
• Ensure targets in terms of quality of work, turnaround time and overall customer satisfaction
• Communicate with vendors to ensure smooth on-ground operations of installations, repairs & replacements
• Conduct route mapping and other operational tasks to plan field installations, repairs and replacements
