We are looking for Program Managers who can help us reach our mission of enabling Clean Electric Mobility for a Billion Indians. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization’s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management. A bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
- Creating new initiatives and programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Creating and managing long-term goals
- Developing budgets and operating plans for different projects and business units
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Managing a team (directly and indirectly) with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
- Ensuring goals and timelines are on track as per business objectives
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Ensuring proper stakeholder management in a cross functional environment
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Analyzing program risks
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from IIT/NIT/IIM or a Tier 1 college in business or a related quantitative field
- Proven experience in program management
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience managing a team
- Experience working with a high-growth, fast-paced company is preferred
- Competency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications like Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Understanding of project management
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas accurately and concisely
