Responsibilities :

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales & operations professional who shall
be working on – acquiring & closing customers -B2B, retail shops and merchants,
deployments, account management & account growth. All throughout provide exceptional
customer service while driving growth.

  • Generate, follow up & close leads in the designated area
  • Identify customer requirements and offer solutions that meet them
  • Negotiate and close deals and get the deployments done
  • Achieve business goals, targets & milestones
  • Research, visit market, plan & implement new market initiatives to generate new leads
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to retention & referrals
  • Gather consistent feedback from market for existing offerings competition insights
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns and promote product portfolio

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 1+years of experience in retail sales in fintech background
  • Exceptional sales closing, relationship building & account management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to make a difference & grow rapidly
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude to life (and work)
  • Good Interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
