Store Manager

Job Description :

We at ElectricPe are looking for a Retail professional who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented and has the ability to multitask, work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality. Should be a team player. Strong follow up skills. You will be the first person a customer meets on the sales floor and will be responsible for providing a smooth transaction till the end. All of this creates a positive experience, and positive experiences bring customers back.

Responsibilities :

  • Selling Multi Brand Electric Scooter (B2C) & (B2B).
  • Direct sales, customer interaction and walk in customers.
  • Plan and execute business plans to meet revenue goals. 
  • Pitching business, maintaining relationships by keeping proper follow-ups on calls.
  • Ensuring all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner. 
  • Planning and implementing new ideas to increase customer footfall at the store. 
  • Build well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving procurement activities to achieve margin. 
  • Continuously monitor and improve operations to ensure alignment with the company’s business direction.


Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 4-8 years of relevant customer handling/retail experience is a must
  • EV Category experience will be preferred.
  • Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently.
  • A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented and can multi-task. 
  • Someone with an ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality. 
  • High ethical standards.
