Responsibilities :

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales & operations professional who shall be working on – acquiring & closing customers – B2B, deployments, account management & account growth. All throughout provide exceptional customer service while driving growth.

  • Identify and Recruit quality manpower (8 to 10 FSE) and train and align them as per the company KPIs
  • Responsible for day-to-day deliverables of all KPI with at most quality
  • Ensure teams targets on daily basis
  • Ensure team earns maximum incentives to keep team motivated throughout the months
  • Ability to solve the market problems and objection handling skills
  • Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • MBA /Graduation with good academic record
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales /business development /Merchant Acquisition
  • Exceptional sales closing, relationship building & account management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to make a difference & grow rapidly
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude to life (and work)
  • Good Interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills 
  • The role will report to the Area Sales Manager, you will have 8 to 10 Field Sales executives as direct reports
