- You are responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing issues or grievances with our products or services
- You are responsible for troubleshooting problems, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. It will require effective communication and a strong understanding of our products and services
- You should maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and features and stay up-to-date with new product releases and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers with varying levels of technical expertise and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a technical support role or a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada. Any other languages
- Knowledge of the company’s products and services is preferred
