Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers from offline society leads and following up on their interest to purchase the EV
  • In case any customer requesting for a visit to the dealership, inform the respective DSM to assist and follow-up once the first visit to the dealership is done by the DSM
  • Ev customer data shall be provided separately for which the sale of EV chargers is to be done 
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements and skills: 

  • At least 1 year of experience ideally in TeleSales (B2C)
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
