Responsibilities :
● Ensure that the chargers installed on sites across the city are checked on regular
intervals
● Audit and report sites which do not comply with the defined branding or working
guidelines
● Report issues correctly to the relevant team members within stipulated time
● Validate if the resolved issues are fixed on the given sites
● Follow all defined processes to ensure operational targets are met
● Ensure targets in terms of quality of work, turnaround time and overall customer
satisfaction
● Well versed with basic mobile apps and Google forms
● Fluent in the local language and basic English speaking skills
