it’s taking a long time to activate charging and once by luck charging initiates the supply fluctuates between 6 and 12amps and this is consistent with all 4 chargers in the society. This results in longer charging hours anywhere between 20 to 25hrs when it is generally supposed to take 13-15hrs at most. On top of all the chargers are charging us 20+ rupees per unit which is way too unreasonable as a resident of this Society we are paying 7 per unit for our homes (10 rupees per unit would be reasonable rate), it’s cheaper and fast to charge with jio bp who is charging 19 per unit for DC fast charging at 60kwh which takes us less than 1hr 20mins to full charge.Worst of all our battery capacity is 40.5kwh and had 11% charge when I kept it for charging however the app billed me 46units which is a total scam where did the extra units go ? lastly this is a society issue but atleast in the app it should if someone is plugging in to charger but is not charging..I have to drive into to the cellar of other buildings only to find out someone has plugged their ev in the charging spot but is not charging and the app says “available”…this is very inconvenient and uneconomical for us
